Exploring Iki Island: The Ghost of Tsushima Quest

The Ghost of Tsushima Iki Island quest is an exciting addition to the game, offering new challenges and opportunities for exploration. In this article, we'll guide you through the final stages of the quest, providing tips and insights to help you complete it successfully.

After completing various tasks on Iki Island, you'll encounter Kenji, who has learned a valuable lesson about giving up his spot onboard the Viper's ship to his assistant Fugu. This decision allows Fugu to escape safely from the island. You'll then need to talk to the Viper and let the dialogue play out, which will automatically respawn you at the Viper without requiring manual travel.

Your next objective is to meet Kenji near the Mongol camp, marked by a yellow waypoint on your map. The exact location can be found in the South-East area of Iki Island, where you'll find a Shinto Shrine offering a valuable Charm to bolster Jin's abilities. To reach this spot, ride manually instead of using fast travel, as using fast travel will leave Kenji behind.

Once you've arrived at the Mongol camp, clear out any enemies, ideally starting with the Shamans standing on top of the ruins. After defeating them, you can collect the golden glowing documents sitting on the broken wooden bridge next to the big tent.

Next, travel to the outskirts of the Mongol camp with Kenji. Your goal is to grab some navigation charts, which don't have any significant impact on the rest of the game. You'll be given two options: defuse or confront the situation with the Viper. Regardless of your choice, the quest will continue along the same path.

If you choose to defuse the situation, you'll skip the duel and engage in a conversation with the Viper. If you opt for confrontation, you'll participate in a duel against the Viper, but remember that you cannot kill him – the duel ends when his health is low.

After making your choice, you'll be presented with two dialogue options: either defusing or confronting the Viper. Choose from I Am Not My Father > We can work this out for defusing or Watch Your Tone > This isn’t a negotiation for confronting. The rest of the quest will continue regardless of your selection.

By following these steps and tips, you'll be able to complete the Ghost of Iki Island quest successfully and enjoy the remaining challenges and adventures in the world of Ghost of Tsushima.
